The plan is a staircase

    Pouches, snus or vape, how strong, and how many on a usual day. Two products can share one plan.

  2. Pick your pace

    Calm takes 16 weeks, Standard 10 and Fast 6. That's about 7%, 11% or 20% less each week. Or just cut down to a lower limit you choose.

  3. Take one step each week

    Log each one with one tap. Each week the limit goes down one step. If a step feels too big, stay on it for another week.

What it costs

SOS is always free. Following the plan needs Pro: a yearly or monthly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. The app shows the price from Google Play before you buy, and you can cancel a subscription in Google Play at any time.
